Quick start

Feed, Ideas and Goals

Three boards that sit next to your chats. Your agent fills them for you, so you see what matters without asking every time.

Feed

Your agent tells you

Briefings and updates you asked for: a morning summary, news you follow, a finished report, a delivery status.

Ideas

Your agent offers

Things your agent could do for you. Tap Let's do it, Make it a goal or Not now.

Goals

You set the direction

What your agent keeps an eye on (Tracking) and your own goals. Each has a short status that stays current.

Getting started

  1. Install the bighelp plugin on your Hermes computer. Open Settings in the app and install or update it there. The boards need it.
  2. Pick a prompt below and send it to your agent. Copy it, swap the parts in [brackets] for your own, and paste it into a chat.
  3. Rate what shows up. Thumbs up or down on any post or idea. Your agent checks those ratings and posts more of what you like.

Want it to run itself? Jump to Put it on autopilot.

The boards start empty on purpose. Nothing runs and nothing spends your AI budget until you ask for it.

How this fits with scheduled tasks and Kanban

ThingWhat it's for
Scheduled tasksThe engine. When you ask for something regular ("every morning at 7"), your agent creates a scheduled task, and each run posts its results to a board.
Feed, Ideas, GoalsWhere those results land, laid out for you to read, accept or rate.
KanbanWork that's agreed and moving, in lanes. Ideas are offers you haven't said yes to yet. Say yes, and your agent can put the work on a Kanban board if you ask.

A one-off works too. "Post that summary to my Feed" needs no schedule at all.

Put it on autopilot

Feed, Ideas and Goals aren't three separate lists. Together they make a feedback loop: your agent posts, you react, and it uses your reactions to decide what to post next. Each day it climbs a little closer to what you actually want, and it does more of the work before you ask.

Start it with one message

  • Every morning at 7, post a brief to my Feed. Every 12 hours, look at our recent chats and post Ideas for things you could take off my plate. Before each run, check how I rated earlier posts and ideas, do more of what I liked and less of what I didn't, and save what you learn about me to memory. Keep one slot for something new I haven't seen before.
Try it: two weeks with Sam Sam is a freelance designer. Rate Sam's Feed yourself, or press Play and watch it learn.

Day 1. The agent doesn't know Sam yet, so it guesses: weather, markets, design trends. Rate the posts below.

      • Nothing yet.

      What teaches your agent

      You do thisYour agent learns
๐Ÿ‘ Thumbs upMore like this: the same topics, sources and format.
๐Ÿ‘Ž Thumbs downLess like this, and why: Not relevant, Too frequent, Already knew or Wrong timing.
Leave it unreadPost less. One good post beats a pile you never open.
Let's do it, or DiscussThis idea was worth it. It does the work in a chat.
Make it a goalKeep at this one. Its status stays current, and new ideas build on it.
Add your own goalWhere you're headed, so its ideas point the same way.

Why keep a slot for something new

Turn the toggle off in the demo and press Play. The agent gets good at what it already shows you, then stops: it's on a small hill and every step it can see leads down. That's the classic trap of learning only from ratings. One slot for something new lets it try things you haven't rated yet. Most miss. The ones you like reveal a higher hill, like Sam's LinkedIn posts and new-client leads, which no amount of rating the weather would have found.
